WHO?
We work with commercial real estate appraisers who are in any phase of their career, provided that they are working primarily on commercial narrative reports. While those working in form residential reports would also benefit from some of these same tools, techniques, and processes, the complexity of commercial properties, the multi-faceted nature of the data, and the complexity of explaining this clearly and convincingly to the report user, means that narrative commercial appraisers will gain the most benefit from our coaching.

– Coaching you on best reporting practices. Because we see reports from a huge variety of appraisal firms ranging from large international firms to boutique appraisal companies we can help you understand best presentation practices, and emerging or innovative trends in appraisal reports. This helps you and your practice stay relevant, stay sharp, stay ahead.
All of these factors work hand-in-hand. Some appraisers may need or want only a little coaching in one factor and more in another, and our coaching will adjust for this. Additionally, we work with appraisers on other areas they may wish to improve upon.
